Peach Moonshine

Man oh man, this is a great party favor to have! My husband and I enjoy spending time with our friends outdoors doing recreational activities. We ride ATV's at mud parks many times throughout the year and a favorite thing to bring is moonshine. During the day we ride trails and get MUDDY and watch people race against each other in the bounty holes. At night, we all gather around a fire with good music going and great conversation and pass around some jars of moonshine!

Strawberry Margarita Posicles

There's no recipe here, just an easy entertaining idea to beat this heat! These are made with Mike's Hard lemonade Strawberry Margarita. The traditional margarita made with tequila needs a much colder temperature to freeze than regular home units will allow. Instead of using the salt and worrying about it melting, you can use chunky crystal sugar for an aesthetic effect, and it won't melt. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Small Plastic Dixie Cups
  • Mike's Hard Lemonade Strawberry Margarita
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • Lime Wedges
  • Salt or Sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour and freeze the Strawberry Margarita for two hours, then insert the popsicle sticks in the middle.
  2. Freeze for another two hours or until the Strawberry Margarita Popsicles solidify.
  3. Garnish with a lime and serve.
  4. Do not rim with salt until serving time as the salt will melt the pops.
