This creamy, Cajun crab soup has been in my family for years. It's comfort food during the winter, a 'stick to your bones' soup! Many said this dish was born in the cast iron pots of Louisiana. Recreating this magnificent soup is a Louisiana "birthright." The marriage of rich white crabmeat and sweet golden corn come together to create an explosion of flavor in the pot.
