Tab's Famous Chocolate Cake

So, it's not really famous  but it's a must have request from my kids and husband. Chocolate Devil's Food Cake with caramel and toffee. I've also made this in mini dessert cups with mini spoons for my housewarming party and it was a hit with everyone.
